What is the LifeSight employer portal?

As an employer you can collect and provide information about the LifeSight pension plan via the LifeSight employer portal (MijnLifeSight). In the employer portal you can, among other things, view information about your employees in the pension scheme, submit changes and download invoices and participant reports.

Gain access to the LifeSight employer portal

You can only access the LifeSight employer portal if you are registered in our records as a contact person for your employer. Your employer will indicate this to LifeSight when implementing the pension plan. Your employer can also inform us at a later time – for example if a change has to be made.

After we have registered you as a contact person, you will receive a welcome email for the employer portal from us. From that moment on you can log in to the LifeSight employer portal. There are two ways to do this, we will explain this below.

Log in with eHerkenning

eHerkenning is an online method for companies to log in securely to websites of (government) institutions, such as the tax authorities. eHerkenning is a business variant of DigiD: where citizens use DigiD to log in securely with (government) institutions, companies do so via eHerkenning. More information can be found at https://www.eherkenning.nl/en

You can log in to the LifeSight employer portal with eHerkenning. To be able to do this you need eHerkenning login means of at least level 3 (EH3). 

How do you apply for eHerkenning login means?

On this page you can find more information about applying for eHerkenning login means (only available in Dutch). You select a supplier where you apply for eHerkenning. Follow the step-by-step plan on the eHerkenning website. With the application you can authorize persons within your organization who need access to the LifeSight employer portal.

Log in to MijnLifeSight with an eHerkenning login means

If you have eHerkenning login means, you can log in to MijnLifeSight. This also applies to any authorized persons within your organization. 

This is subject to the condition that you are registered in our records as a contact person for your employer. This also applies to (other) authorized persons within your organization.

You can log in with eHerkenning as follows:

  1. Go to MijnLifeSight and choose to log in as an employer.
  2. Then choose the option “Log in eHerkenning”.
  3. From here, follow the instructions on your screen.

How do you report a change in contacts?

If you have granted an authorization for eHerkenning to a person who is not yet known by us as a contact person, please contact the LifeSight Service Desk via ls.werkgeversdesk@zwitserleven.nl. We will then send you a form to include this person as a contact person in our records. After processing this form, we will send this person a welcome email for the LifeSight employer portal. From that moment on, this person can log in with his or her eHerkenning login means. 

Log in with username and password

Are you unable or unwilling to log in with eHerkenning? Then you can still log in to MijnLifeSight for the time being with your MijnLifeSight username and password.

You can set your username and password by clicking on the icon in the MijnLifeSight welcome email or by following the steps below.

Log in with username and password

You can log in with username and password as follows:

  1. Go to MijnLifeSight and choose to log in as employer.
  2. Then choose “Do you not have an eHerkenning login means? Click here” at the bottom of your screen.
  3. You will be taken to a screen where you enter your username and password, then click on “Login”.

Set up two-factor authentication

After entering your login details, for security reasons you will be asked to set up a so-called two-factor authentication on your account. In addition to your password, you then use a second means of identification. At MijnLifeSight, this second means is a code in an Authenticator app that you install on your smartphone.

Logging in with two-factor authentication is more secure and reduces the chance that hackers will gain access to your account and thus to your personal data. In this case, a malicious person cannot use your password if he has acquired this. To set up two-factor authentication, follow the steps in the login screen.

After you have set this up, you can only log in with two-factor authentication and no longer with just your username and password.

Setting up two-factor authentication is mandatory from December 21, 2021

From December 21, 2021, two-factor authentication will be mandatory if you want to log in with username and password.

Did you log in with eHerkenning before?

Then it is no longer possible to log in with your username and password. Then use eHerkenning again to log in.

You can request your username or password by clicking on “Request username” or “Reset password”.

  1. Go to MijnLifeSight and choose to log in as an employer.
  2. Then choose “Do you not have an eHerkenning login means? Click here”. 
  3. You will now be taken to a screen where you can request your username and password.

Then enter the requested information. You will receive an email at the email address known to us with your username or an email to reset for your password.

You can then log in with your username and password.

Frequently Asked Questions

I do have an eHerkenning login means, but I cannot use it to log in to MijnLifeSight?

It is important that the Chamber of Commerce number in our records matches the Chamber of Commerce number registered with the eHerkenning login means. In addition, you must be registered in our records as a contact person in order to log in to the LifeSight employer portal.

Therefore, ask LifeSight via ls.werkgeversdesk@zwitserleven.nl which Chamber of Commerce number(s) we have in our records for your organization. We can also let you know which persons are registered with us as contact persons for your organization.

Is it then still not working? Then try to log in with your MijnLifeSight username and password. You can read how to do this above under the heading “Log in with username and password”.

I am not able to log in with the MijnLifeSight username and password?

Your username or password may be incorrect.

You can request your username by clicking on “Request username? Click here.” on this page. After entering your email address you will receive an email with your username.

If you (also) do not know your password, you can (also) reset it by clicking on the “Reset password? Click here.” on this page and enter your username there. You will then receive an email with a link to a page to enter a new password. There you can also change your username.

Did you log in with eHerkenning before? Then it is no longer possible to log in with your username and password. Then use eHerkenning again to log in.

Are you unable to log in with the answers to the frequently asked questions above?

If you can still not log in with the answers to the frequently asked questions, then contact the LifeSight Service Desk via ls.werkgeversdesk@zwitserleven.nl or via telephone number +31 20 208 5107. The Service Desk can help you to reset your MijnLifeSight username and password.
